commit to a long-term health plan?

Audrey understands that the thought of making a serious commitment can be intimidating. That’s why she offers a unique group coaching program; it allows you to begin to make positive and lasting changes in your health without the pressure of committing to 1:1 coaching.

During the Group Coaching experience, Audrey will provide a supportive environment for you to make sustainable changes in your life with accountability and guidance.

Audrey will help you take the guesswork out of nutrition, exercise, and self-care, by developing an understanding of your unique body.

Each session builds upon the previous. Every session requires homework and participation from every member.

Creating clarity, organization, and confidence is the goal!

Audrey will be available via email between sessions for sharing resources, answering personal questions, and specifics about nutrition and health for the four weeks.

Session 1: Setting the foundation and data collection (awareness)

Session 2: Coaching through barriers to change and individualized nutrition (acceptance)

Session 3: Intro to creating a unique system for success (action)

Session 4: Implementation, action, and accountability (action)
